800 Jump Start Hub provides professional, 24/7 roadside assistance across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our core services include:

1. Service Availability & Dispatch
- Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technician availability, weather conditions, and UAE traffic regulations.
- While we strive for rapid response, estimated arrival times (ETA) are not guaranteed and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
2. Site & Safety Conditions
- The vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location for our technicians to perform the jump start.
- If the vehicle is in a restricted area (e.g., narrow underground parking or high-security zones), the customer must arrange access.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe for our staff or equipment.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Service Quotes: Basic pricing is provided during the call/booking, but final charges may vary based on the vehicle type (e.g., luxury/hybrid cars) and service complexity.
- Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service via Cash or Card.
- VAT: All prices are subject to the 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Federal Law.
4. Technical Limitations & Diagnostics
- A jump start is a corrective emergency service, not a permanent mechanical repair.
- If the vehicle fails to start due to a faulty starter motor, alternator, or fuel system, the service fee for the technician’s visit remains applicable.
- Our technicians will provide a basic battery health check, but we are not liable for hidden electrical faults within the vehicle’s ECU or wiring.
5. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
- No Warranty on Jump Start: Since a jump start is an emergency boost, we do not provide a warranty on the battery’s future performance unless a new battery is purchased from us.
- Pre-existing Issues: 800 Jump Start Hub is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle’s electronics resulting from pre-existing wear and tear or incorrect battery maintenance by the owner.
- Limitation: To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited strictly to the value of the service provided.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Customers must notify us immediately if they wish to cancel.
- If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the location and the customer cancels or is not present (“No-Show”), a Call-Out Fee will be charged.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle details (Make, Model) and precise location.
- Ensure the person requesting the service has the authority to authorize work on the vehicle.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the technician during the jump-start process.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
